Drive onto the beach at the north end for great surfcasting or try the popular fishing pier minutes away. A nearby boat ramp provides access to the Intra-coastal for a boating adventure you'll always remember. Dine at one of North Topsail's fine dining restaurants or cook in for a quiet dinner at home. Take a drive south to Surf City for shopping, casual and fine dining, nightlife, and of course, surfing! Head north to Sneads Ferry for personal watercraft and boat rentals, locally caught seafood, world-class golf, and more. Topsail Island is full of treasures to be discovered.
Pooh & Piglet's Place is a tastefully decorated second row home with unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean from the oceanfront deck. Beach access is just across the street. Parking for 2 is available on the concrete drive in addition to the covered parking for 2 under the carport. The lower level has an outdoor shower. A tote on the deck contains floats, boogie boards and other beach toys. Stairs on the left lead up to the side entrance where the deck wraps around to the Oceanside. Running the entire width of the house the deck offers seating in Adirondack deck chairs. A charcoal grill is provided for a delicious cheeseburger in paradise. This three bedroom home accommodates 5 guests
comfortably and up to 8 with the rollout sofa bed in the living room.

The main entrance opens into the large living room, where there is plenty of seating for all. The periwinkle blue walls with white trim are fresh and inviting. On one end of the room a wide armoire holds a stereo with a CD
player. A stuffed chair in tropical print sits nearby with a soft yellow side table and seashell lamp creating a comfortable reading spot for one. Sink into the tropical print sofa or beige oversized chair and watch a great movie from the DVD library. The television is suspended on a shelf across the room and has a built in DVD player. Enjoy fabulous ocean views through the sliding door to the deck. Watch the sea oats on the dunes as they wave in the breeze.
A high bar separates the eat-in-kitchen from the living room providing a nice place to have a snack or enjoy a cool drink with friends. Pendant lights with cobalt blue and yellow glass shades offer stylish lighting over the gathering place with 2 barstools on each side.
The circular glass on wicker kitchen table with 4 chairs is centered over a large beige braided rug with a view of the ocean through the kitchen sliding door to the deck. The charcoal grill is just outside for easy access BBQ grilling. Blend up some fruity drinks to go with your BBQ and have a casual dinner on the deck. The sunny yellow kitchen has white and blue accents and a large armoire for extra pantry space. Ample dishes, glassware, and cookware are stored in the white wood cabinets. A mini portable TV with radio is available for the chef. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, electric can opener, and coffee maker. Brew some coffee in the morning, have a seat on the deck and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Life is good.The hallway off the living room leads to the bedrooms and has a small alcove for the stackable washer and dryer. The full bath is adjacent and has a shower with tub with an aqua sailboat shower curtain to match the aqua and tan walls.
The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, 2 wicker nightstands with cute
starfish lamps, a wicker chair, and a closet. The second bedroom right at the end of
the hall has a queen size bed with a coordinating coral, tan and yellow comforter. An off-white nightstand is next to the bed and a closet to the left holds your vacation wardrobe.
The kid's bedroom is a cozy bedroom that offers a shelf bed with drawers and a
high cabinet with a tropical fish lamp. Periwinkle walls with interesting wall
art compliment the bedding.
